The Law
Legal Requirements To achieve compliance with the legal requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 requires proof that an electrical system is safe, which involves amongst other things, proper inspection and testing of a system by competent people and the creation and maintenance of records. Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 is law in the UK.
Experienced The experience gained over 13 years has enabled us to become experts in the inspection and testing of low voltage street lighting furniture. We can combine quality with cost effective rates.
Street lighting services The electrical inspection and testing service provides our clients with detailed reports of their lighting stock and defects associated with each unit. This can be issued in various formats. Duty of care As a duty of care we will report any dangerous (life threatening) Electrical or Structural Defect by telephone the same day, making safe where practicable and appropriate. |
|
We offer services of electrical inspection and testing with rates that are very competitive. We have an in house software system for the collection of inventory and defects and can issue these reports in many different electronic formats. We as a company do not restrict our inspection and testing programmes to our own software and if our clients have a system in place for this facility then we are happy to consider different options. |

Due to the demand for combined testing we now offer Structural testing of the root section when we carry out the Electrical Inspection of a Street light. The patented technology works using phase angle technique that can test the full root as per ILE TR22. This instrument has been testing the structural integrity of steel work for over 10 years and is a tried and tested instrument. |
